Once we know your budget,The Williams Team will begin finding home listings based on your criteria from your Buyer Consultation - a very beneficial stage-setting strategy session with your Buyer Specialist that gives you a firm understanding of the real estate market as it pertains to you and of the home-buying process from start to finish so there are no surprises along the way, allowing us to save you the most amount of money possible. We have access to every home on the market as soon as they are available. Once a new home is available that fits your wants, we will get it to you right away. Stage 2: Finding your dream home
From the listings we send you, let us know which you are interested in seeing in person. This is where our Showing Specialist comes in handy - ready and available to show you each and every house you want to view. Before you know it...we've found it! Your dream home!
Stage 3: Writing an Offer to Purchase/Negotiating Terms
Your Buyer Specialist will write up a formal contract with your offering price and will present the offer to the seller. The seller will either accept, reject, or counter the offer. A counteroffer is very common, which is where our experience and expert negotiating skills become powerful in representing you. Stage 4: Accepting the Contract
