1) "Once your brain expands it can never revert back to normal size." This explains a lot. Going from corporate employee for 12 years to stay-at-home mom didn't feel normal. In fact it felt like my brain was melting but it was only air pockets thank goodness. Getting into Real Estate was the best decision possible for me and my family. Working for Louis Williams...even better!
2) "Training doesn't work...work trains." Love this! I can't count how many times I said "I will when I'm ready (aka...trained)."  When will you ever be ready? It's about throwing yourself in the mix and forcing yourself to learn by doing!
3) "Strive to compete on a level that no one even knows there is a game to be played." I think this came from Stan (KW Team Leader). I take this as by doing what you love and just being yourself people will gravitate towards you and want to work with you.
4) "Don't have Commission Breath!" Don't be so desperate that people can smell it!
5) "The size if your real estate business is directly proportionate to your database."  Every time I take any sort of action Louis will ask "Did you update Top Producer?" LOG IT OR LOSE IT!

Great seminar! I really enjoyed Rick and his humor.
